WordPress Blog Reinitialized?

    I received a message today congratulating me on my “new” WordPress blog. When I go to my blog address or my admin page, I receive the Name Your New Blog / install WordPress page. My server folders seem to have all of the necessary folders and files.

    What happened and what do I do now? If I go through with the re-install, will WordPress initiate a new SQL database, or will I still have my old posts?
