wordpress blog loading issues

  • i have a wordpress blog with multiple pages on it
    and i had someone interested in signing up for the tech forum and told me he couldnt load it, i dont know where to start on this issue
    i tested it myself through my droid phone and it didnt load properly or didnt load at all, here is the link:

    this is on a personal server that is on MY network running cable broadband with a router that has port 80 opened and i have a free DNS service for the site
    the computer is a 2.2 ghz 1gb ram 80gb hdd, i also asked in a wordpress forum if these specs were enough and i was told it was more then enough so im stumped, if u need more info plz ask

    well i changed the dns addresses, and my external ip address has not changed

    still having issues, i can now scratch it on a DNS issue because my other sites are accessible from the outside, however i created a NEW wordpress blog and it doesnt load the background theme, what is the fix for this?
