WordPress Blog Integration on .NET Website

Our website is currently being developed on a .NET based CMS platform

Headers and footers are set up as include asp.net files in our current set up.

We would like to install a wordpress blog in the blog section of our site that would be setup as a sub domain hosted on a linux server

We intend to retain the look and feel of our website in our blog section by using identical header and footer as our website

I understand wordpress works with php include files for headers or footers.

My question is that can I wrap my .NET header & footer include files in php for word press?

What would be the best way to retain my headers and footer which are currently in .NET on my wordpress blog
