    HI,

Can someone please help me with this.

I have built a wordpress site for my client it runs wp-commerce and several other plugins.

WordPress was originally 2.9.1 and they hit the upgrade button in the admin panel. This broke the site and displayed an error so i re-uploaded the original version of wordpress to try and downgrade back to what it was.

How ever now when i goto the page its just blank.

/wp-admin gives me a blank page as well.

    What can i do ?

    website is https://www.kronic.co.nz

    Kind Regards
    – Solly

Try resettings your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename everything except the /twentyten/ directory. This will force the Twenty Ten theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue.

    Cheers for the fast reply

Will resetting my plugins, remove all the settings/data that is currently there ?

It’s possible that your plugins will lose their settings, but it may resolve your issue, and at the very least it’s a necessary troubleshooting step.

    Cheers for the help.

Renamed my plugins folder and created a new one which fixed the blank screen problem, just going through the plugins one by one to find the problem.

    Thanks
