WordPress backup

Have you checked that the plugin is compatible with WP 2.8?

I haven’t found no anything about a backup available with 2.8 yet, no. Therefore I have unactivated the whole plugin. But is there any working backup out there?

Yes this plugin is compatible with the latest version of the wordpress. But suggest you to take a manual backup rather then using any plugin. For the manual backup please refer these articles:
