WordPress automatic update email lists mailgun domain name, instead of website

My site just updated to the latest WordPress automatically, as I have configured it to do. However, the email I receive from WordPress telling me this is done usually contains this text:
Howdy! Your site at https://mysite.com has been updated automatically to WordPress 4.5.3.
Now the email reads:
Howdy! Your site at https://email.mg.mysite.com/c/<long_code_removed_for_privacy> has been updated automatically to WordPress 4.5.3.Does anyone know why this is happening? Everything still works perfectly, but this is a bit weird. No visible changes in WP General Settings.
