Are sitemaps that made manually and uploaded to public_html better than automatic one ?

Why would a manual sitemap be any different from an automatic one? What matters is that it contains all the URLs you want indexed. Does your manual sitemap contain URLs missing from the automatic one? If so, the manual one might be preferable. But there’s no SEO benefit just from making the sitemap by hand.
