WordPress App keeps crushing

I’ve been talking to somebody trying to help with my other problem. I was contacting them through the app and copied and paste the current activity logs. Once I did that it started crushing so this was the only way I could tell you guys.

My problem was with the XMLR-PC. Kept getting errors. I will contract my host tomorrow but wanted to know why the app keeps crushing now when I try to contact support for WordPress.com/Wordpress App.
