WordPress API blocked my IP?

Hello, today I was installing Woocommerce. At some point I couldn’t install a plugin, becase the plugins-install.php doesn’t load

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the?support forums.

I found out that it’s not a problem in that blog, because ALL my blogs don’t work anymore.

And it’s something on a lower level, not plugin related. I disabled all the plugins and there is the same issues on ALL my blogs.

Also at SSH / server terminal level there is a problem connecting:

My VPS server does not have firwall. Nor IPtables configured.

I didn’t login into the server since months. All was good since few hours ago.

Please help to fix this lack of connection to api.www.remarpro.com

From other computers/servers this site is pingable and reachable.
