I have a number of WordPress sites for my school. We have Asus Android Tables with the latest WordPress app installed. We are see some problems when trying to blog from these devices –

We can create a blog and add pictures, but when we try and post it to the site it stops as a local draft and continues to try and upload.

The Tablets are Asus 7″ K013 v4.4.2. WordPress is on the latest version.

Seems to be okay on an iPad. As anybody else seen this problem ??

Hi – thanks for the update – the Android help does not really cover the issue – but we have just installed the app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab SM-t310 4.4.2 and the apps worked perfectly on the same blog.

Went back to the Asus and still having problems.

just an quick update – the issue without doubt happens when trying to post pictures from the Gallery – we can select pictures, but wordpress fails to complete the post and sits there trying to upload it.

Text based blogs appear to be ok.

Did you post on the app forum – I’m sure they’d appreciate knowing about any issues like this. I don’t have an Android device so can’t be much help, sorry.
