WordPress and eCommerce – transactions

  • Hi there, I am looking to create an online shop that sells massage oils. There will be a total of 8 products to start with and I will need to add products in the future. Each product will be available in 3 sizes (30ml ,50ml, 100ml).

    I have been told wordpress has eCommerce templates. If this is possible, How do these work? an how are tranactions made…will I need to link via paypal?

    Are you referring to Ecommerce Templates, the company https://www.ecommercetemplates.com or templates you can use with woocommerce?

    Either way, the integration with PayPal would already be done for you so typically you would only need to enter a PayPal email address, possibly id and password depending on which of the PayPal methods you want to use.

    I’ve found out that you can get eccomerce themes for wordpress, which is what I was refering to before.Thanks for your reply!
