wordpress and astore

I just created an amazon affiliate store with wordpress i managed to find a good theme edited it as much as i could,
the problem as of now is that,

The entire website is fine but the display that has the astore is boxed up and it is in the middle of the page somewhere, i copied the iframe code when creating the asote and pasted in wordpress as it is, though i have got what i wanted but i cant find a way to get the boxed thing away,

Secondly when i try to open the website in the mobile there is no scroll here the products are cut in half and there is practically no navigation,

Please help me i have searched all around the internet and could not find anything,
theme used is shopisle
