WordPress advertising site

Hey,
Does anyone know if a plugin exists or anything along these lines which will allow a user to sign up to a word press site.
And have their own web space to advertise their products.
Then a user can view the ads from the dealer by typing in the url followed by the dealer username. For example; https://www.sitename.com/username
