WordPress Admin Slow

Hello,
My admin back-end seems hellishly slow at the moment. Are there any suggestions to keeping it reasonably responsive?
I don’t have an extraordinary amount of plugins and I run WP Optimise weekly.
Appreciate any advice please thanks.

Its due to High CPU and memory usage.
Please install Query Monitor Plugin For finding what is slowed down your dashboard.
