WordPress Admin Site

I installed WordPress and everything is up and running fine until I change the WordPress Address (URL) in SETTINGS GENERAL. Now my site is not resolving. How do I manually change it back to the localhost\wordpress URL in the WordPress Address (URL) being that I cannot access my Admin site via a browser to login to do so??
