    Hello,
I am having my website behind the AWS load balancer and installed w3 total cache into it used for mainly object caching using Redis. But now my WordPress backend showing very frequently session timed out. I am not able to create any post it showing session timed out in between post-editing.
Please suggest what can I do now to solve this?

    Hello @rahulaggarwal

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Does the issue persist if you disable Object Caching?
Can you please confirm if the option “Enable caching for wp-admin requests” is enabled in Performance>Object Cache and if so, can you please disable the option and see if the issue persists?

    Thanks!

    Hello @vmarko

    Thanks for reply !!

When I disabled w3tc plugin then it works fine.
And “Enable caching for wp-admin requests” option is disabled.
I also faced one more issue that my scheduled posts also not published and missed when i activate this plugin.

    Hello @rahulaggarwal

    Thank you for the information.
I understand that it’s working fine when you disable W3TC. However, we need to determine if one of the settings may be causing this so please disable the settings one by one and see which one might be causing this.
As for the Scheduled posts, are you using any plugin to schedule posts or a simple wp native schedule?
Have you tried purging the cache?
    Thanks!

    Hii @vmarko

No, I didn’t use any plugin to schedule posts, using a simple wp native schedule for it. I also tried purging cache but still, the issue was the same.

    Hello @rahulaggarwal

    Thank you for the information.
Can you please disable the settings one by one and try scheduling the post and see which option might be causing this.
Make sure you are not using any other caching plugin or server-side caching.
    Thanks!
