WordPress Admin Section Not Formatting

    Hello,

    I just downloaded the latest version of WordPress, installed and set up the database. I had no errors but the formatting of the page is messed up. I have another wordpress database and it works fine. I tried deleting everything and starting over but I just keep getting the same problem.

    Just to add…..I just accessed the dashboard on my phone and it loads up fine and looks right. I don’t understand why it is all messed up on my desktop. Thanks again!
