wordpress admin panel not showing new/inactive theme

    I have uploaded few themes via FTP to theme folder…. but when i goes to WP appearance > theme none of this themes are showing there only 1 theme showing that is already activated. thats why i cant find my new theme to active. i also noticed top help button is also not showing to theme page… whats going on?

    I have done all this but still now working:
    1. installed twenty seventeen to test
    2. when i go to code editor of theme i can see all theme is there.
    3. install the theme in proper folder.
    4. i am good in WP but still cant find the issue.

    Can you guys please help me? thanks in advanced.

  • Hello, Can you please drop me an email with a zip containing all the theme ? So I can look into the files and let you know the problem. Here is my email id [email protected].
    Still if you can check your theme files please make sure on the root folder of your themes style.css, index.php and functions.php files must be exists.

    anyways problem is solved after disable one plugin

    ha ha ha I thought you are trying to install some free themes or may be created by you.. by the way sorry if I misguide you.
