wordpress admin is slow due to autoloaded options in seo

Our wp-admin is slow and we get below response form our vendor. can you help us to solve it?

Currently, there are 7690 autoloaded options on your site. These are triggered everytime a site is visited/loaded/refreshed. For your site, the server needs to load 7690 options each time the site is loaded. This create a lot of stress on the server and this will cause the site to bug down. You will need to check your database and your plugins to check which is bloating the options to and if they are not vital, autoloading should be disabled.

The bad option is
wpseo_dismiss_recalculate 7788

This option is coming from “WordPress SEO” plugin, so the best option is to check with plugin author about this autoloaded option, take database dump and remove this bad option.

I am confident after removing above option you will see the backend loading better.
