WordPress Admin can't Login

  • Hi there, I have a Website named FireFall and i am it’s admin and now i am trying add some more admins,
    so i went to USERS > ADD NEW and added a user with his email, and given his username and password. After that i have given him his username and password and he can’t login.
    it shows this message :

    ERROR: The password you entered for the username is incorrect. Lost your password?

  • WordPress logins are case-sensitive; have him personally reset his password by clicking the link on the login page. That way, he’ll be able to fix it to something that will [hopefully] allow him in.
