Alright, resolved the issue.

I have this Allow Backend Login Screen for Guests set to No.
I have this Disable Admin Login via Frontend set to No.

If you have the above settings, and if you login from the frontend login page using your admin username and password, you will then be able to access the backend dashboard.

If you want to login from the backend admin URL (instead of frontend), you will have to set this “Allow Backend Login Screen for Guests” to Yes.

You can open this link https://yourwebsitename.com/login/. If this link doesn’t open, then login to your hosting server. Go to wp-content/plugins/ and rename the Ultimate Membership plugin folder to something else.

Open your WordPress admin https://yourwebsitename.com/wp-admin and it would work again.
