WordPress adds year to the end of permalink

Hi, my WordPress adds year to the end of permalink. Exemple:
https://www.myblog.net/2013/06/post-title/2013/
This is a problem because the share buttons returns the number of shares for this url : https://www.myblog.net/2013/06/post-title/, especially twitter.
how can i solve this problem?
