WordPress adds a permalink to a Hyperlink text

    I encountered an issue while on a live website. I’ve noticed that a piece of text in the webpage with a hyperlink set on Elementor is shown with a Permalink for that specific page, once pressed on, redirects to 404. What could be the problem in this case?

    Example:
    Elementor hyperlink: https://customer.tp.net/support/
    Link in live webpage: https://www.tp.net/products/customer.tp.net/support/

    How do I remove the “https://www.tp.net/products/ ” from the link in the live website?

    This is NOT an Elementor issue, as the issue arises only in the live environment.
