WordPress address and Site address

Under General settings.

My current wordpress address is: https://gp-financial.com/wordpress

And my current Site Address (URL) is: https://gp-financial.com/wordpress

I would like to change my site address to be:
https://gp-financial.com/
OR
https://www.gp-financial.com/

When i make this change and save, and visit https://www.gp-financial.com/ I get the future of something cool… coming soon and can’t see the site. So, when going to the the new site address, i would like to see the website and not coming soon.
