Hello!

The “Request Add Plugin” pending review list is growing and growing since a week now without any new review being done. Is it normal? May I help? How can I apply to help mods review new plugins?

Currently there are 263 plugins in the review queue, 196 of which are awaiting their initial review.

That sounds reasonable. I would recommend joining the plugin review slack channel, but they are currently unable to recruit new members of the team.
