WordPress Account Keeps Auto-Deleting Before I Can Set It Up

  • i have been down for the last 2 days trying to get my site simply set up with BlueHost via WordPress.

    Anytime i start to make a little progress the account deletes itself for some reason, or it starts redirecting to an error page that isn’t associated with anything; and I have to clear my browser data.

    I would like to know if anyone has been having their accounts deleted as well, and if there is a solution.

    I might have to ask for a refund if not because my site has been down for 2 days.

  • This sounds like a hosting issue – not a WordPress one. Have you spoken to Bluehost about it?

    I’m having the same exact issue with Hostmonster, sister company of Bluehost right now. They keep saying there’s something wrong with my WordPress install, and just when we get it back up it deletes core files, themes directory, plugins directory, etc.

    Any update on what you learned? I need help educating Hostmonster on their own infrastructure…
