    After update to WP 6.4 Health give the error:
    API REST: (http_request_failed) cURL error 28:

    GET https://domain.xxx/wp-json/wp/v2/types/post
    ?context=edit cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received
    WP_Site_Health->get_test_rest_availability()
    Núcleo de WordPress 10 10,0030

    And plugin Query Monitor:

    GET https://jetpack.wordpress.com/jetpack.test/1/ 200 OK
    Jetpack_Cxn_Tests->test__outbound_http()
    Plugin: jetpack 0,0 kB 5 0,3309

    the http is in red and maybe what give me the error because no is https

    Or maybe are my heads

    I have the same error which drives me crazy !

    I made several test and it seems this cames from WordPress 6.4

    I made all my test on a fresh installed WordPress 6.4 with no plugins and this error appears in the tools/site health.

    Very annoying issue because on the production website it blocks all the updates and the website is very slow.

    When I downgrade everything returns to normal.

    Hope there will be a fix soon.

    @dune356 thank you, and yes is just WP 6.4

    I find this but no work:

    Maybe is something temporal, server configuration or one error of health, if I go to this url run ok:
    https://mysite.com/wp-json/

    About the updates now run ok, but can be intermittent because a few hours ago it didn’t work

    Same here and downgraded my sites again due to being very slow as well after the update with this error.
    Did not test a new update again yet.
    Deactivating all plugins did not resolve the issue.
    Emptying cache either.
    All requirements on the server are up to date.
    Bit annoying and uncommon for a WordPress update ; )

    I think no is jetpack, maybe WP 6.4

    Try again, give it a couple of days
