    Hi,

    it’s like two weeks that elementor on my WordPress stop working correctly.

    The problem is that seems that all the link disappear from the nav menu (I have the test but I can’t click it) but even in the button. In the mobile version I even was unable to open the menu tapping on the menu button.

    Looking at the wp admin page, my only explanation of the problem could be the automatic upgrade to WordPress 6.3.1. But I’m totally not sure about that.

    The stranger things is that I restored a backup with WordPress 6.3.0. Whit the backup the link restart working for exactly 1 minute but after that stop working again without showing any specific error (I run this test for several time).

    Also I tried:

    • update elementor to the last version or downgrade to different version;
    • activate/deactivate all the other plugin;
    • cancel the cache of WordPress, browser and so on;

    but without any success.

    What could be the cause and how to solve it?

    Hello,

    It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,

    Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

    I hope this information helped you.
