WordPress 6.0 caused fatal error ONLY on backend of the site??

The front end of the site is displaying fine but I can’t access anything on the backend.
I made sure to update plugins and themes first.
I also backed up twice on updraft plus plugin -but I can’t access this as it’s in the backend of the site.Not sure how to fix this.
