• Hello, yesterday I updated to 5.6 on my website. I noticed today, while trying to edit a thank you page, the page just sits and spins with the XL logo, and it will never get past that.

    I turned on wp debug mode, and no issues were shown which is good. Then, i inspected the developer console and there were no js issues there…BUT when the developer console is up, the page will load. So when the developer console is up and you try to edit a thank you page, it works. Close the developer console and refresh the page, and it will just spin and spin on the XL page.

    Can you please look into this? Maybe some javascript is not firing when the developer console is up? Very strange, I do not have any caching plugin on this site.

    I downgraded to wordpress 5.5.3 and the issues was gone. So for now, cannot upgrade to 5.6

    When I open the console, I get the following error message:

    DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://[domain-name].com/wp-content/plugins/woo-thank-you-page-nextmove-lite/admin/assets/js/angular.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    There is an update pending with WP 5.6 update.

    We haven’t experienced any such issue yet.

    Yes, we have one release pending related to 5.6.

    But It is still necessary to see the problem you are facing. For that matter, can you, can you create fill this form https://xlplugins.com/support/
    As admin details are required.

    Even can provide an early release copy to test out there.

    While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

    If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

    I have the same problem.

    And editing thank you page is still “loading…”.

    I’m also getting same problem when edit it shows load icon and not shows editing components,fronted seems works fine, also no errors on wordpress debug and js console. any idea how to fix this

    @suneth2, Yes, the same.

    I`ve rollbacked to 5.5 and everything works.
