I downgraded to WordPress-5.5.3.zip and the problem was solved.

Fix this bug please.

This is an issue that has been reported in the public WooCommerce Github Repository here. You can follow along there for updates. It has been marked as high priority for our developers.

This comment offers a bit of a workaround to be able to dismiss that warning.
