There is a possibility of conflict with plugins or theme. Deactivate all plugins and activate one plugin at a time to find the cause.

If you are referring to the Classic Editor, there is an udate to the Classic Editor Plugin, version 1.6. Updated for WordPress 5.5.
Have you updated the Classic Editro Plugin to this new version?
