Has anyone else had the issue of your website being broken after update to WordPress 5.5?

I specifically lost my homepage which had a slider and other text. I still have the images in my media, but the homepage no longer functions properly, and some of the service icons and text is missing. (of course I didn’t back it up!)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi

We changed the workings of the parent theme ‘Aneeq’ according to the WordPress guidelines and in doing so the functionality of the theme is also changed.

Please view the attached link for more info.

Thank you, that has helped to get closer to restoring the original homepage settings. However I am still having specific issues with implementing an autoplaying slider. I have tried adding the slider to the front page settings, and that sort of works, however I do not want any text overlayed on the image, and even if I delete the title there is still a small white box on top of the image, also the slider cannot be set up to autoplay. Is there a way to solve these issues?

    Thanks for your help.

We are always happy to help.

The features you have mentioned above are the features of the Pro version of the theme. In order to have access to these features, you need to upgrade to the pro version which gives you full access to all the premium features.

    Thank You
