• Hello,

There seems to be an incompatibility between the latest WordPress 5.4 and WPTouch.

I have four sites using WPTouch, and after WordPress updated to 5.4, when the icons are tapped for the first time on a mobile, the existing correct icons reverted to the dafault icon. I now cannot get the correct icons to display.

In the desktop versions, the icons (favicons) still display correctly.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

but now that u mention it, i have a website that has 2 icons in its menu, but i can’t seem to find where the icons are set…wpt info sez:

data-original-title=”Adds the ability to associate icons with menu items (in WordPress Appearance->Menus)”

    but nada:-\

otoh, maybe this has something to do with it)-:

This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

I’m having problems with two of my blogs. This is the error message I’m getting:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /homepages/4/d161148011/htdocs/imjustsharing/wp-content/plugins/wptouch/core/admin-load.php on line 106

I have no idea what to put in there because it’s working well on another one of my blogs, and it’s showing this same exact bit of code. I tried deactivating all the plugins on both sites to see if it worked properly; on one it doesn’t work at all, and on the other it works but removed all the color and formatting I’d set for it.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
