WordPress 5.3 update

I just installed 5.3 update. When I write pages (in Gutenberg) the whole page continuously diverts back to the top of the page. Which makes it impossible to write in new blocks. Does anyone else has these issues??

How and where do I do that? I cannot even find how to start a new topic.
