WordPress 5.3.2 and Gutenberg not compatibility

  • when i choose the True value in “Show in REST API” option then after 1000 words lagging the Gutenberg editor and crash the browser, again when i choose the false value in “Show in REST API” option then it’s fine and working properly with visual editor.

    not really something we’re going to have any say in with our plugin. We only really collect arguments to pass to register_post_type() and register_taxonomy(). Not saying something isn’t off overall, but I don’t have anything in our plugin that I can point to and say “this spot is contributing to the issue”.

    what other things do you have on the screen that may or may not be contributing to performance lag?
