WordPress 4.6 broke SNAP

    WordPress 4.6 came with new HTTP API

    For WordPress 4.6, the HTTP API (wp_remote_request() and family) have undergone a large internal change. Rather than using a WordPress-specific HTTP library, WordPress now uses the open-source independent Requests library, developed by yours truly.

    Unfortunately that “large internal change” broke a lot of things.

    Previous http response returned headers as an array. New http response returns headers as WP_HTTP_Requests_Response object.

    So all code that was checking headers and expecting an array is now broken and must be re-written to support both old and new libraries.

    Blogger, Google+, Delicious, Pinterest and many other networks are not working because of that.

    We are re-writing that as fast as we can, and new version will come out as soon as we done.

  • It was identified that after updating to the latest paid version of the plugin, there was overconsumption of hosting the CPU resources. Please can check this problem?

    It was working but now, it stopped working again.

    Error (NXS): Lost Login info. Please see FAQ #3.4 or contact support

    getting the same error as Robert got , i’m getting it on Google+ page

    tried all 3 solutions mention on FAQ page but that doenst help fix it.

    Not a problem with account. I tried it on another account and it’s still not working.

    Robert, berserk77, your issue is NOT related to this thread. It’s some Google+ issue that has nothing to do with WordPress new API.

    Please open your own topic or better yet contact support directly.

    First of all thank you for this great app
    Secondly does 4.6.1 causes other issues?
    Post to wordpress does not post the whole article but i’m not sure if it’s due to 4.6.1 or it was the same with 4.6
