@ashishkot First, do not hijack other people’s threads. Make your own threads for your problems.

Secondly, turn off the WP_DEBUG setting in your wp-config.php file.

I am trying to update the settings.php. Here is what I have done:
    1) downloaded WP 4.5 to my computer
    2) using FileZilla, connected to the cpanel at Godaddy (where my site resides).
    3) Transfered both the wp-admin and wp-includes folders to godaddy (clicking to overwrite the existing files at godaddy).
But I still have the lazy loader problem.

Can someone please explain the steps I need to take… in simple tech terms. It seems the explanations above have left out a step or two.

    Thanks!

OK, I figured out my problem. I the settings.php was not in the Wp-Admin or the wp-Includes folder, rather it was all by itself. Once I copied settings.php over to our host, my page came back up.

While no one had time to respond to my question, I want to thank all of you for asking and answering the previous questions… just be being here, you helped solve my problem.
