WordPress 4.4.2 and Woocommerce 2.5.2 Plug In Not Working?

    Hi,

    I have WordPress 4.4.2 The7 Theme V3 and Woocommerce 2.5.2 and I have set the
    Products displayed in WooCommerce Customizer to page to 16, Product columns displayed per page to 4.

    Yet I get two columns. This is the same result as when the Woocommerce Customizer is deactivated. Is there something I’m missing in the settings?

    Hey @kiwi1919,

    It sounds like your theme may be incompatible with the way WooCommerce Customizer changes the number of columns per page. Our extensions does this by filtering a WooCommerce core hook to set up the number of columns and themes should be made compatible with this.

    It’s likely that your theme has a setting for WooCommerce shop columns which you can try instead.

    Hi Tamara,

    Thanks for the advice! It turns out the new version of the7 theme (v3) has a setting for WooCommerce shop columns which is overwriting the plug in.
