When I updated my site, all of the pages disappeared to posts and also my plugins were also recorded as posts?

I have reinstalled a backup, but it prompts me to “Update the database to the newest version” before letting me do anything else on the dash board.

Once I do this (there is no other choice) I get the following messages…

WordPress database error: [Table ‘db597924857.cl8kxkfuljcategories’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT * FROM cl8kxkfuljcategories ORDER BY cat_ID
WordPress database error: [Table ‘db597924857.cl8kxkfuljpost2cat’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT post_id, category_id FROM cl8kxkfuljpost2cat GROUP BY post_id, category_id
WordPress database error: [Table ‘db597924857.cl8kxkfuljlinkcategories’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT cat_id, cat_name FROM cl8kxkfuljlinkcategories
WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘link_category’ in ‘field list’]
    SELECT link_id, link_category FROM cl8kxkfuljlinks
    Update Complete
Your WordPress database has been successfully updated!

Now there are no menus, no pages showing and everything seems to have become a post.

Please help, as currently I can’t do anything with my site and am afraid I am losing customers.

    Thanks,

    Chris.
