    Hi,

We have numerous website’s running WP 4.3.1 and Gravity PDF without any issues so it doesn’t sound like a widespread bug.

You mentioned you think the problem is with the configuration file. Why is that? Do you have any error logs from when your site crashed? If not, you can try set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file. That will show you any errors that occur when your site crashes. Please post the logs here for review.

Hello I think you have some bug in WordPress 4.3.1 because I have updated more than 3 websites to WordPress 4.3.1 and the back panels becomes blank, the update is breaking Database. The only solution to this is to restore data base, you can do that through your hosting company, as soon they will restore your database please ad plugin to your website to make a back ups of data base and files to your google drive. You can use for that updraft and schedule back up to your google drive or maybe DropBox.

    Good luck

    Kamil

ps. WordPress 4.3.1 have some bugs I hope that next release will be fixed.

Again, from what you’ve said there’s no indication that Gravity PDF is the problem plugin causing issues when you update. If you can provide error logs that highlight a fatal error being triggered with Gravity PDF we can investigate further.
