WordPress 4.3 Compatibility

Currently this plugin is not fully compatible with 4.3. With certain settings the plugin will interfere with the new mechanism for user registration.
In 4.3 an email is sent with a password reset link to the new user. This plugin can override that behaviour attempting to send the password instead.
