I’ve seen this covered in a few posts and have checked those, done the fixes and, for whatever reason my problem is not solved.

I’ve checked both the header and footer for the
<?php wp_head(); ?> and <?php wp_footer(); ?> lines of code. They’re both there. I’ve disabled all plugins and it still happens.

I can get to the back end and navigate fine, but once I’m out on the site the admin bar disappears.

Any ideas as to how to solve this? Granted it’s not a huge deal, but it is nice to have so I don’t have to keep logging in.

I’m going to try and find an older version of WP and install that and see if that does the trick.

    Thank you.

Go to your profile in the users, then checkmark the box next to “Show Toolbar when viewing site”

Yeah, sorry, I neglected to mention that I’ve done that as well. It’s checked.

Ok I found the problem. In the Settings > General section I had “www” in the WordPress Admin URL, but the Site Address URL was just the site name. Once I had those two the same, the problem was resolved.

Figured I’d put that out there so that anyone else who has this problem might have a possible fix.

Finally found the solution. It’s weird why on this version the admin bar is bogus. Hope they wil fix it in the next version.
