    I’m not able to reproduce any fatal errors when activating the plugin. Are you sure you asked in the right support forum?

    @lukeamarsh,
    you are running on a highly outdated version of PHP.
    I tried to make it as clear as possible that this plugin requires at least PHP v5.6 to work (There’s the Requires PHP Version: 5.6 tag in the sidebar, a note on the main page and a sticky topic). Please refer to the mentioned topic for details on how to upgrade you PHP version.
