WordPress 3.9.1 Media Search & Include Problems

Hi,

since updating to WordPress 3.9.1 I am having the following problems with attached media.

First to set up my scenario:

I have a few custom fields added to my posts. They are media buttons + a text area next to each button. I upload a couple of JPEGs/Gifs + PDF at once. Then I click on each media button, choose the image or PDF and add a description in the text area. When posted, an ordered list is output with 10 lines, each line a description linking to the image or pdf I selected.

Now the problems since updating to WordPress 3.9.1:

1) When clicking on each media button after having uploaded all images/pdfs I only see the JPEGs, not the GIFs & PDFs that were visible before.
2) I can no longer search the media library by a images/pdfs filename like I could before.
