  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    is not working 100%
if i put the eng. version from ftp and after i update form wordpress to the greek version s working
if i download the greek version and i uploaded from ftp is not working! pls chek the greek version!

I’m having the same issue with 3.9.1. I can’t add Categories or Tags or Edit Post Date to New or existing post. (I’m not using the Greek version.) I assumed it was a cache’ issue as I have W3 Total Cache installed.
    I purged cache
    Deactivated all plugins
Cleared my browser history, logged back in and still have the issue. I even deleted W3 Cache and deactivated everything with no better results.
