WordPress 3.8.2 compatibility?

Hi,
The free version was working fine for me, so I bought the PRO version. In the meantime, I upgraded my WordPress from 3.8.1 to 3.8.2. Now the chat status is offline on the frontend, even when I am logged in.
When I hit Refresh in the browser (on the frontend), the chat box disapears completely. Could the plugin be broken?
