WordPress 3.6 Upgrade

Just upgraded to 3.6 as per instructed, everything seemed to work ok

but when I went back to it 30 minutes later it wouldn’t let me into admin

Not so good. Can you provide a link and do you get any error messages or maybe just a blank web page when you attempt to re-login?

Hostgator shouldn’t be having problems with this version of WordPress. Try:
– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Won’t even let me in via ftp now so don’t know what is wrong but got to go out now so will have to deal with it when I get back this evening.

Very strange though that it should be ok one minute and not the next which is why I thought it might be Hostgator

For info, can’t even log into Hostgator, even my WordPress site which I haven’t yet upgraded to 3.6 is down so must be Hostgator!

Anyone else got this problem
