This is the second time I report a gallery incident, and this was now on a new domain name I opened just a day ago with a brand new WordPress installation through the GoDaddy wordpress install panel.

    1. All images appear in the FTP folder, but when I open the gallery library from within a newspost, randomly the thumbnail will not load (or doesn’t exist?) — example image

    2. When you click the thumbnail, on the right side there should be a preview thumbnail along with the command to edit or delete permanently. But the thumbnail doesn’t load either. — example image

    3. When I go to the FTP folder these are the image sizes I see in there: example image

    4. When I go to the newspost, the thumbnails are there. No problem. — example image

    5. Also, I set the images to appear as media (they are supposed to pop onscreen in full size). However, when I click the thumbnails from within the newspost page, the page is redirected to the image file itself. That media file or attachment option seems buggy too.

On the first domain name I reported a few days ago, I was given the FTP files of my wordpress blog, and uploaded it into a brand-new web hosting. When I loaded WordPress all the thumbnails on the gallery panel within a newspost were gone. None loaded. I searched in the FTP and all the full-size images were non-existent in the FTP. All the thumbnails of the same size were non-existent. As if wordpress had deleted them. However, the other image sizes were still in FTP.

Doesn’t this sound like random gallery hiccups in this wordpress 3.5.1 ?

Please, if you need more images or step-by-step, or anything to find and crush this bug feel free to ask. I’ll even take video. I just want this to be fixed ASAP. I lost 10 years worth of images on the first domain.
