WordPress 3.4 messes up my excerpts

I installed 3.4 and excerpts from the category “Nle Blog” show without the text excerpt on my homepage, https://www.naturallifeenergy.com/ . The excerpt shows the featured image from the post and the “Read more about the article…” link, but is doesn’t show the excerpt text. The other categories show correctly. I uninstalled 3.4 and went back to 3.3 and it corrected the issue. I reinstalled 3.4 again for the security updates, and it is still doing the same thing. I have left it installed this time and hope I can get 3.4 totally working.

Also I try manually setting the excerpt in “Edit Post” for the post “Bicycling To Support Your Life Energy” which is in the NLE Blog category, and that didn’t do anything. I also tried changing the category to another category that show correctly and that doesn’t solve the problem.
